Advanced Sports Performance

Our Advanced Sports Performance Program is designed for athletes that will be playing at a collegiate, state, or national level. A number of athletes that are training at this level have received a collegiate scholarship.

Along with being over-all physically and mentally demanding, this program also trains the athlete with more advanced stability and strength exercise of the hips and shoulders. We also focus more training on the power of these muscles groups in coordination with the core. The athlete will learn how to better deliver appropriate force, in the correct body positions found in their particular sport.

The Advanced Sports Performance Program involves more unilateral training (1 arm and/or 1 leg) than is found in any other program. This challenges the mind and body even more by having the athlete doing more unbalanced and unstable movements, similar to what their sports demands. This helps to propel athletes to be successful at the next level of competition.

  • Class time: 75 minutes.
  • Levels in this program: 2
  • Maximum Class Size: 8 athletes
