Congrats to Sarina Xie for her awesome performance at a tennis tournament in Chicago this past week.  Sarina beat 3 seeded opponents and won 4 matches total.  Great job Sarina!

Athlete Accomplishment

Jay Eversole retested on Tuesday and has some impressive new numbers.  He is a lacrosse and basketball player at Upper Arlington, and has been training with us for several months.  Here are some of his results:

- Decreased 10 yd sprint time by 0.1 sec

- Decreased 40 yd shuttle run time by 0.3 sec

- Increased vertical jump by over 2 inches

- Increased average vertical jump, over a 4 repetitive jump test, by over 1 inch

- Increased flexibility shown by his Hurdle Step Test and Deep Overhead Squat

Congrats to Dominic Lebron for retesting into our Sports Performance training level! Dominic is a lacrosse player in Upper Arlington. Here are some of his accomplishments:

    Chad Rice, a lacrosse player at Hilliard Davidson, retested through our athlete evaluation and has some awesome improvements.  Chad has been training with us since July.  Here are some of his accomplishments:




    • Decreased shuttle run time by 1 sec


    • Increased vertical jump by over 4 inches


    • Increased average vertical jump during a 4 repetitive jump test by over 3 inches


    • More than doubled his core power


    • Increased flexibility

    Great job Chad!  Your hard and dedicated training will definitely show on the lacrosse field.  Good luck this season!

    Sam Pritchard retested on Tuesday and made it in to the Sports Performance training level.  Sam has some really impressive retest results, from 6 months of hard, dedicated training.  Here are some of his advances:

    • Decreased 10 yard sprint time by over 0.2 sec
    • Decreased shuttle run time by 1 sec
    • Increased vertical jump by over 4 inches
    • Increased average vertical jump, shown by a 4 repetitive jump test, by over 6 inches
    • Increased core power
    • Much increased flexibility

    Great job Sam!  Keep up the hard work.  It is definitely paying off!

    Nathan Travis is one of our hardest training athletes, and all of his work has paid off.  Let's take a look at his accomplishments in a few exercises:




    • Decreased 10 yd sprint time by over 0.1 sec


    • Decreased shuttle run by almost 1 sec


    • Increased vertical jump by over 6 inches


    • Increased average vertical jump during a 4 repetitive jump test by 5"


    • Core power doubled


    • Increased flexibility seen by his deep overhead squat and hurdle step functional screen test
