Check out these awesome retest numbers from Brandon "Gigantor" Skeen. Brandon's efforts helped him advance to our sports performance level of training:
- Decreased 10 yd sprint time by over 0.1 sec
- Decreased shuttle run time by over 0.3 sec
- Increased vertical jump by over 2"
- Increased average vertical jump during a 4 repetitive jump test by 2"
- More than doubled core power
- Greatly increased flexibility
Brandon's results show how being dedicated and training regularly and consistently will help improve both athletic strength and speed. Great job Gigantor!

Welcome to our newest athletes Kyle Wingo, Andrew Wingo, Will Scott, Erica Chen, Delaney Abbruzzese, Makenna Abbruzzese, and Julia Anderson. These athletes bring a wide variety of sports to our training center including lacrosse, soccer, football, golf, baseball, cheerleading, tennis, and basketball.
