F.A.S.S.T. (Functional Agility, Speed, & Strength Training)

The F.A.S.S.T Program is our most critical program, because it does what no other program does, which is focus on developing the fundamentals that the athletes are missing.

The resistance training focuses on building the proper movement skills, body mechanics, core strength and fundamental strength necessary to be successful.

The Speed Agility and Quickness portion of the workout focuses on developing the athletes’ coordination, speed, and agility skills. This will help them be successful in all sports.

This program will help improve the athlete because it builds all the fundamentals the athlete will need to be great at their sport, and move into a higher program. Also, the athlete will be working very hard in the FASST program. This is the program that developed the strength and movement skills that won Phil Pfister the World’s Strongest Man Contest.
