The Sports Performance program is designed to make a good athlete great! This level of athlete has the solid movement skills, range of motion, coordination, and mental focus to allow them to be challenged more and worked more intensely.
While this program is very physically demanding, it also challenges the mind-body relationship, yielding the best results, and creating a confident athlete.
Since the athlete is ready for a more challenging workout, we can focus more on athletic power development, moving in multiple directions, and exerting force in multiple planes. These attributes are required by every sport.
These programs are great for athletes looking for a more sports-specific and challenging workout. Though not concentrating on one sport, this program rotates movement focus to the sports that are beginning at the end of our training cycle. This allows athletes to cross-train, and then become ready for their particular sport.
