Strength Only & Speed Only

Functional Speed

For the athlete that has to lift with their team during the preseason or for athletes that want to concentrate on just their Speed Agility and Quickness, we offer Functional Speed only classes on the weekends.

These classes focus on making the athletes move more efficiently. This will increase coordination along with increasing their speed.

  • Class time: 60 minutes.
  • Maximum Class Size: 8 athletes

 


 

Functional Strength

For the athlete that feels they need to concentrate on building their strength and power, we offer Functional Strength only classes on the weekend.

These classes focus on making the athletes stronger and more stabile. It also teaches proper movement patterns and allows for the increased core power that is vital to sports.

  • Class time: 60 minutes.
  • Maximum Class Size: 8 athletes
